Great Southern Independent Contractor Program
Great Southern Travel Independent Contractor Program is divided into three membership plans:
- Level 1 - individuals who are new to the industry
- Level 2 - experienced individuals with some travel industry experience and the expectation of a
minimum $5000.00 in annual earned commissions
- Level 3 - established individuals with expectations of $10,000+/year in earned commissions

Note: Independent Contractors may upgrade from one level to another based on experience and commissions earned during a rolling 12 month period. To upgrade to the next level and earn higher commission, the IC simply pays the differential in the annual program fee at the time of conversion. The new commission split will affect new, non-deposited bookings. All travel booked, but not yet traveled, will be paid at the original commission split.

- Access to the weekly GST staff meeting via Intercall and/or webinar
- Training through supplier websites and webinars
- Access to GST offices for meeting clients and as a client pickup point for documents and brochures
- Annual recognitions awards
- Incentive for referral of qualified IC applicant accepted into GST IC program
- Access to blocked-space group cruises
